Need advice

Looking for a 1 carat diamond for an engagement ring. Found this on James Allen....what do you guys think??

Im really new to this and could use some help. Ive been reading that all hearts and arrows are not all legit. Is James Allen True Hearts reputable?

The stone looks great! I think the only question I'd have to ask them is if any of the feathers break the surface at the girdle or anywhere. Hopefully they don't.

Could you elaborate a bit on that? I don"t really know what that means and i"m not trying to call and ask and get an answer i wont understand.
