Return policy is 80% of the purchase value, that is according to the jeweler, might be standard for the region I am in since it is customized item. However i need to still check what Consumer Rights says. Nevertheless, since i am not paying any deposit/down payment for the diamond (it is from Belgium), i can simply say no if i dont like the diamond once seen in person.

I am not a pro though have learned a lot from this forum, i think it will be love at first sight. Unless something is really off with it.
