Hello,
I have an uncle in Israel who has access to many rough stones, something like hes on a first pick list. He is sick now and I have the chance to get rough diamonds all legal and licensed at very good prices I have been told (by my uncles estate manager). My brother in the aretz is looking to see what he can do as well. I was looking on how I would get into this. I know some people from shul/synagogue but is it proper to approach them , and what would I even say?
