Long time lurker first time poster. After reading post after post here I finally went out on my own looking for a stone. Armed with my new found knowledge and my $6500 budget I found a stone and I just wanted to make sure that you guys don't think I can do much better than what I am getting.

Stone Specs: .93CT, G Color, VS2 (looked eye clean), Ideal H&A cut.

They were asking $4,916 (tax included)

Thanks in advance for your help!!

That isn't enough information. Who graded the diamond? Do you have the measurements?

Need specs to properly evaluate and compare. Just because it is less expensive, doesn't mean its the right one. Buy a well cut diamond with good specs and you (hopefully) won't regret it. A deal isn't a deal if it isn't the right one.
