Toska,

No I'm not a follower of Mr. Crowley, though I know of his teachings.

I'm a traditional Unkpapa Lakotah (Teton Sioux), and follow the ways of my ancestors.

My objection is the fact which Canadiangrrl pointed out,

"It became a blanket statement when you made sweeping generalizations about Christians & their belief systems."

We should not turn this forum into conflicting religious views.

Then why would you bring up such ideas in your post?

I've never censored *anyone* before. You may be the first on my ignore list. You are the most dangerous of sorts. Your *opinion* is fact to you. When in fact, it's only your *opinion*. An uninformed one at that.

Am I the only one wondering about the "squirreley" nature here?

Fire&ice, whom are you referring to when you speak about placing them on ignore? Are you referring to Winyan who speaks of being burned at the stake for her 'winged gods' to feed on her for pleasure?

Winyan,
I have posted it a couple of times now, Cremation is against Christian beliefs & teachings. It is entirely up to an idividual if they choose to follow their religious beliefs. Things have gotten so way out of hand lately that traditions in religions are not followed like they used to be. Look at Benny Hinn that television preacher for example, he has started his own religion and calls it some sort of branch of Christianity, when he see's himself as some sort of "healing martyr" which goes entirely against Christian teachings.

I do not follow Christian teachings 100%, you will find it rare that someone follows their religion 100%. Over half the muslims I know drink alcohol. Its totally against their religion.

If half of the Christians want to get cremated then good luck to them! When will this thread ever end?

Toska...

If you speak of the 10 commandments, nowhere does it say that cremation is forbidden. Even those were rewritten by humans, so I think all are open to interpretation.

I never said the winged ones were gods, I just believe feeding the winged ones closes the circle of life.

when you stop arguing about it - it takes two (or more) to argue.
