My new engagement ring upgrade

So when we first got engaged 10 years ago we weren’t very educated about diamonds. I had a 1.01 carat with thin channel band. I loved it but the diamond lacked fire due to poor cut I suspect.
we decided to upgrade my diamond and I adore it!
GIA certified
Centre stone - 1.22 carat
VS2
Colour - G
Triple ex cut
It sparkles sooooo much more! I went for another channel set thin band but in a higher set platinum band. Here she is ...

Thank you so much! I have hankered after a high setting for so long now. I looooooove looking at its profile.That was a reason for the upgrade! If we couldn’t have afforded a new diamond I still would have set my old diamond in a higher setting! Xx
