My First Old Cut Diamond Is On The Way!

This gorgeous diamond is on the way to me from Jewels By Erica Grace! I can't wait! It's a .30 K/L OMC.

I'm thinking I'll set in a bezel set ring, possibly by James Meyer. (I'm still waiting for a quote from him.) I might also have my fantastic local jeweler do it in a simple bezel setting. He does great work and his designs are very sleek and modern. I was thinking about setting it in a bezel set pendant but then I realized I would probably want to look at it all day so I figured I should do a ring instead!

Grace and Erica have been extremely responsive and helpful and they're been a pleasure to work with. I don't have the diamond yet (hopefully it will be here Monday or Tuesday) but I'm sure I'll be happy with it if the photos and video are any indication!
