My e-ring is already missing a stone on the shank!

I recently(less than a month since I got it) upgraded my e-ring to a 1.3carat round diamond with a Vatche Felicity setting. I noticed over the weekend that it was already missing a stone on the shank and needless to say I'm very disappointed.

Now, I'm starting to wonder if this setting is going to be problematic and if I should just change it. The setting itself is beautiful and I love it.However, I cannot deal with it if stones keep falling off.

So I'm here to ask for opinions/suggestions. My original wedding band doesn't quite work with the new e-ring and it turns out I'm allergic to white gold, so I purchased a 1.5mm band to go with it. However, I'm starting to realize I'm sentimental about my wedding band and feel the need to wear it . Attached are pictures of the e-ring, w-band and new-band. What should I do?

Adding a picture of the wedding band with the e-ring. My fingers are quite swollen and I can't quite get the 1.5 band off my finger right now, so posting a picture of all 3 together

I think the e-ring looks great with the pave wedding band, but it would need a spacer band to keep the two rings from damaging each other, so the plain band is perfect to wear between them! But if the 1.5mm band is too small to get off when your fingers are a little swollen, you need to have it sized up. You should always be able to take it off.

Vatche is a very nice brand but that shank looks really, really thin. So I am just not sure that the best of brands will be durable with an ultra-thin pave shank. I'd call the jeweler and ask.

The E-ring is 1.7mm and tapers off to 1.3mm at the top. I am a size 4.5 and sized my wedding band and 1.5mm band to a 5 so I can take it off when my fingers are swollen. My e-ring is sized at 4.75. I am able to take the 1.5mm band off, I just hadn't tried. Here is a shot of the wedding band, the 1.5mm band as a spacer and the e-ring.
