As requested, here's a post with my e-ring!
It's an 18k white gold reproduction of an antique. I wear a 6.25 (really more of a 5.75-6, but my knuckle is big T_T).
We found the ring set with the diamond on e-bay and jumped on it, because it was the first setting I fell in love with over the months we looked for one! It was one of those things where I just knew it the instant I saw it.
The diamond is a pretty teal color, though not of the best quality and dark. We've planned on replacing it when we can afford to, and we'll have it set as a pendant. The stats are, according to the appraiser: 1.09ct, I-1 clarity, vivid color, good cut.
Here is a recent photo after we had it rhodium plated (holding my ring finger at an odd angle to get a better shot of the ring's profile):
