Thank you all… I love love love it!! I almost got into an accident yesterday because I was so distracted by the sparkles

Laila619, they almost sit flush. There is a fraction of a millimeter space, but it doesn’t bother me at all. I asked Leon to make the basket/donut as small as possible to allow for more of a flush fit. It will never fit perfectly together with this design because of how low he sets the stone. I’ll try to post a picture that shows this more clearly.

LAradiant, I hope your reset comes soon. I know how impatient I was to get mine back. And, definitely post pictures!!!

MissGotRocks, I do think the stone looks larger because it is set so low. And the basket is so delicate it does not detract from the stone, whereas there was a lot of metal on the other setting.

Lenamama, your ring was one of my inspirations! Beautiful…

Laila619, this is a horrible picture b/c of the lighting, but I think it shows best how they will not sit perfectly flush. Honestly, though, from a normal distance the gap is minimal.
