My BGD Dream Set

Hello,

As stated in other threads, I began a three stone project with BGD back in October. I had hoped for this project for our 10 year anniversary, but a third child and a cross country move put things on hold for a bit (we recently celebrated our 13th). Anyways, I received the ring last Thursday, but haven't had a chance to post pics! This ring is truly a dream come true and I can't speak highly enough about the entire process!

I already owned the Dream band, so the three stone was made to match. I also purchased a 1mm spacer.

Three stone carat weight: 3.326
Dream band carat weight: .55

I'm realizing it's hard to capture in pictures! The height is perfect! The first one I posted makes it look higher than it really is (I think it's the angle of my finger). I tried to take another...

It really is gorgeous! I assume this is a custom made piece with the six prongs for the center stone?

Yes, it was a custom piece - Yssie's original Butterflies ring was my inspiration. I wanted to work with BGD as I have received great customer service and workmanship from them in the past. Also, Brian was able to recut my original stone and set it into a pendant for me (I have another thread on this).

Also, even though it's an H it doesn't show any tint in real life! I'll see if I can capture more pictures when it's sunny!

I wanted to come back to add how much I like it with the thin spacer. It gives it the *breathing* space to see the total circumference of the center stone, and I like that. I like seeing two separate rings, Just lovely!

Thank you! I wasn't sure if I would like a spacer at first, but it turns out I agree - I like that you can really see the two separate rings!
