This was a brooch from early 1900s and he made it into a ring. The band is victorian 22k.
It's even prettier IRL and that emerald is gorgeous. I need to send it to GIA.

Gorgeous!

As an aside what email did you use to communicate with him?

It's so beautiful, thank you for sharing! I love how delicate the side petals look, are there stones on the side, or is that engraving? Also love the two-toned, yellow bezel & band and white/platinum sides!
Btw how big is the emerald?

That color is so luscious! Congratulations on this beauty! I love this, DK did an amazing job putting this together!

Thank you!!! The stone is 8.6 mm by 7 mm and there are rose cuts on the side

@viggy_luvs_bling 8.6 mm by 7 mm. It has rosecuts on the side. We were brainstorming what to do with it but the design was so adorable I didn't have the heart to take it apart.

It turned out beautifully :kiss2:

I'm usually one that wants to keep pieces intact but I have to say I love this conversion! It makes a wonderful ring.

Ah yes, forgot it was a brooch conversion, love the side close ups!

@Catmom same here and that's why they pretty much kept the design because it's so beautiful. Someone, now long gone, did a wonderful job with the filigree.

They did such an excellent job! And now you get to enjoy looking at it as much as you like! :kiss2:
