My 10th anniversary mini break included a trip to Linneys!!

Hi there,
I wasn't sure this was a SMTB thread, as my purchases weren't really 'massive', but they were a lovely reminder of my 10th wedding anniversary mini-break in Perth!
We stayed two nights at the Crown Resort, which is attached to the Crown Casino (although we didn't go in to the Casino during our stay).
Of course, as a dedicated PS-er, a trip to Linneys - the only high end retail available within the resort - was a much-anticipated part of my stay.

I've always enjoyed the 'unwrapping' type threads on SMTB, so thought I'd contribute my own:

The pearls and the flower earrings are just To Die! Gorgeous & more. What about that drool of a necklace? I gasped! Did you adopt that too? I hope so!!! Wonderful anniversary! Now to the next 10 years!!

TBH I was massively excited about the anniversary, 10 years seemed 'big' to me.
The hotel was incredible, all panelling and texture with a Great Gatsby feel...all in metallic neutrals and laquered woods!

Yes the staff were marvellous and I tried on many, many treasures.
I did briefly consider swallowing the ring *joke*
A man was arrested in Brisbane a few months ago after doing exactly that!

Ha! I can sympathize with his impulse, at least. Snazzy hotel room -- looks like a lot of fun all around (but especially the Linney's part).

For some reason earrings are always my go to when it comes to jewellery shopping!
One area of the jewellery wardrobe where variety is always appreciated.

Oh my goodness! That's some anniversary trip! The pearls are beautiful, but my heart went pitter patter for those precious earrings!! Happy Anniversary and many, many more!
