I think sometime in the last year, someone posted a vendor who had really unique multicolor tourmalines. Does anyone remember this post and have a link to it?

Thanks,
Preg

Thanks 1001smiles and VL. The post I am thinking of had some really crazy looking tourmalines with multiple hues. At least I think they were tourmalines.

I think that vendor has high prices and pressured sales, but you will do your due diligence and decide for yourself.

Thanks for the posts. Unfortunately, I still can't find the post. I wish I remembered the details better so I could find it through the search engine. I found a cool post about rainbow jello though:

Very pretty, but will keep on looking :rodent:

EDIT: I found it!

nice jell-o mold!

It's fully how the jello mold resembles the polychrome tourmalines I was looking for, huh?

Thank you, LD the ggggems link is the one I was looking for! I posted it above the jello mold, but I think its a little inconspicuous next to the fantastic jello mold. I should have posted it alone.

Zeolite, those tourmalines are really beautiful. They are more elegant than the shocking "polychromes" above.

Amguy/Barrett (aka my husband) posted a link to GGG Gems who have some great polychromatic tourmalines. Is this the vendor?

LD you got your name changed!!! I will forever be known as amguy(amethystguy) but figured it was time to use my real name(last name actually). Might make it easier to find Jason Barrett on Facebook and other formats.
Those polychrome tourmalines are fantastic! I used a whole bunch on my "The Tourmaline: King of the colors" page on FB which I am closing down this week(not enough time to keep up post). They hail from Madagascar and are elbaite/liddicoatite tourmalines. The colors in them vary so wildly and with such unique patterns it really put all other gems to shame. The very rare faceted ones are just mind-blowing!

When we tie the knot finally :naughty: , LD and I  , we will hold the wedding in Mahenge, Tanzania all expenses paid :$$): and all PS'ers invited...the grab bags will all have nice sleepy pinks in them for the guest

Hey Zeo, that is a fantastic link/post! I must have missed that one before. Thanks for digging it back up. Fantastic! :appl:

Are there other vendors of polychrome tourmaline?
