I am craving a multi gem necklace like Lauren the Partier''s fab one.

Seeing as though I am in the UK I can''t nip into her local jewellers! Does anybody know any good websites or etsy vendors that would be able to make one. I''d especially love it if I could get it in the price range that LTP did.

It depends on the stones you choose. I asked about citrines and rubies, and that one was in the range you asked whereas the sapphire one I asked about was closer to $500. The cheaper the stone, the less it costs.

Also, they won''t be true bezels if the stone is soft. Sapphires are bezeled, but the citrines I asked about would have been invisibly bead-set.

Try googling or yahoo searchins sapphire by the yard necklaces. It brings up a TON of results, many of them being multi-gemstone and multi-colored! I would post a few, but the priceranges differ quite a bit! Hope this helps!

I didn''t know Lauren had one of these. I''ve been looking at them the last couple of weeks. In B&M stores and at overstock. $750 at the B&M but it was 32" long. I don''t really want it that long and I think it''s too costly. The other place it was $224 in 16" but I''m not sure of the quality.

I just can''t decide if I like the colored gem look in this or if I want diamonds bezel set and then a pendant at the middle...Diamonds by Lauren has one but my pendant would be an oval.

Anyway this idea is on my list and I''ve been looking. Now I''m off to read Lauren''s thread on this, just in case she lives near me and I can pop into that store.

OK I went off and read that thread and am now SERIOUSLY tempted!!! $200 for 16 inch WG with those lovely looking stones! Temptation is in the room with me.

ETA: Now which vendor should I pick??
