Which of the 4 Cs is the most important characteristic to consider when buying a diamond in your opinion?

For me
1. Cut - because the "thing" a diamond is supposed to do is sparkle.
2. Carat - because I like size
3. Clarity - as long as black spots or milky haze arent visible I'm ok.
4. Colour - because I actually prefer the warmer ie lower colour diamonds.

For me personally, the cut is the most important, followed by colour, then clarity, then weight and finally clarity.

The order might have changed over the years, however that is how it stands today.

Also add to it the shape, as I like ECs in diamonds, and prefer more slender shapes than chubby ones.

DK :))

Cut, color, clarity then budget defines carat weight
