SI3-I1 CLARITY (NO VISIBLE FLAWS UNLESS USING A 10X MICROSCOPE, ONLY A TRAINED EYE COULD SPOT A FLAW)- FLAWS ARE WHITE AND HIDE VERY WELL IN THE DIAMOND

I wonder why this one is so out of focus...

This is my favorite part of the auctions....

'This picture might not always portray the diamond accurately. Sometimes the picture looks better than the actual stone- and sometimes it looks worse. Please call us for an exact description.'

That last diamond that Mara found makes me kind of sad. It looks like the diamond is pretty clean, with the exception of one huge inclusion. It seems like they could have made a few nice looking smaller diamonds out of that rough. What a waste!

Isnt that a nice thick girdle Giangi? no chipping danger there!

SL--good point...the stone looks pretty good except for the big eyesore in the middle. I'm just amazed it was considered an I2? Also, note the carat weight at exactly 1.0c...they were probably trying to make that marker, though just to get an I2 doesn't make financial sense in my mind.

Don't get me wrong, but last stone isn't that horrible... Yes, it's I 2, but it hasn't big, nasty black spots and I'm sure that once mounted, it will look more than decent...

BTW, my dear Mara, the pavilion on the 25ct is even worse than the girdle!

Either something is wrong with the camera/lighting, or something is wrong with the cert. That's an L-M on my monitor.

Odd, because that's an EGL/LA cert, and they're supposed to be fairly reliable.

Well this is eBay so anything is possible.

That is more like an O/P on my monitor...my N earrings (sold as H's!) didn't even look that yellow!! Setting that stone against the whiter side stones was not the smartest way to get that sold IMO!
