Unfortunately AI is anything but intelligent. I run a huge online group and we ask everyone to abbreviate all medical terms and drugs and anything else that can be misconstrued because if we don't AI removes the comment. Or worse. Groups have been shut down for less. So for example for the word asscher could be abbreviated like this...a s scher. AI doesn't pick up on the word if spaces separate it
