Miracle Coconut Oil Polishing Cloth?

Ame, I have WG/YG/Plat and RG rings as well as used it on my DH's titanium ring --- and nothing was ever scratched at all. Yes, you see those incredible black "skid marks" (!! LOL!!) on the cloth, but its always been VERY shiny post use. Maybe yours has some debris embedded it in or its a flawed cloth. May be worth returning and asking for a new one...

My rings look amazing after, never scratched. I think you may have a flawed cloth. :(

I don't have any other metals to test it on, besides stainless so I might test it on that ring. It's not a big deal! I was just curious to test it out!!! I also wonder if I am doing it wrong...

I mostly wanted to try this purple stuff out everyone loves!

My routine is to polish the metal first, then I soak in the RazzleDazzle solution, brush off, rinse off and use a fine toothbrush to just 'buff' the trinkets to perfection!! If there's a 1-800#, i'd just call them up. What the heck, you may get a free bottle of the purple stuff as a toss in! :D

What is missing in my world is an ultrasonic or Jewel Jet cleaner... hmmm... to the "batcave, Robin", lets check out Amazon ...!!

I don't use my Ultrasonic. I use my Jewel Jet though. I find the Ultrasonics don't get things anywhere near as clean as the Sparkle Sparkle and a brush and a quick steam!

Ok I just spoke with the company President for Razzle Dazzle (!) to see if I was doing it right, she called bec of my email. She recommends NOT using on Plat because of rhodium plating. My rings are not to my knowledge plated, but here was her information to me:
1) Use on Yellow Gold, 14k, 18k, 24k or Sterling Silver. Platinum is usually plated (as is WG usually obviously) and that would be removed.

2) Rub the cloth, any "motion" (circular or back and forth) then buff the item/rub the item with a bounty or viva paper towel to clean the coating off the item. Then use the Razzle Dazzle cleaner after. Because the cleaner is water-based, the oil in the cloth won't mix well with the cleaner so you won't get the piece as clean from the remaining coconut oil in the cloth.

I am going to give the Razzle Dazzle spray a whirl tonight or this weekend on my rings to see how that compares to my beloved SparkleSparkle!
