Milgrain Added. Like it?

It''s me again with the continuing saga of the milgrain. What do you all think? Better? Makes no difference?

I really do like it! I was worried it might look overdone, but it looks great. I like that it was only done on the inner part, adds a little something without looking too frilly. I think it might make the stone look bigger too.

Wow! I am glad you all didn''t think it is horrible or something like that since there were so many who liked it without the milgrain in the earlier thread. Quest has been very accomodating although a bit slow. I had to call pretty often to ask how things are going but they have been honest and terribly polite. I asked for the milgrain to be very fine and only noticeable up close and I think they did a great job. It''s their idea to just milgrain the inside. Well, if all goes as planned, I''ll get it tomorrow!

I love it. I love it so much! I think it looks so much better and goes PERFECTLY with the design of the ring - it finishes the look COMPLETELY!!! (And I just KNEW it would!)

I really love it!

I think many times on PS, the images are so overly magnified that a little detail of miligrain can look as if a ring is overly done when in reality, you can''t hardly see the miligrain at all. At least, I can barely see the miligrain in my setting...only when I hold it up close (4-5 inches from my eyes) can I actually tell it''s there.
