I'm such a numbers nerd, though... I can't wait to see the certs. I'm dying to know the spread and the depth and the table and the angles... oh my!

I'll be sure to report back (in about a week or so, I was told) when I have that information. Then we can really do what we PS'ers do best... some serious hair-splitting!!!

I have to say I''m excited for you! They look like they will be knock your socks off pair of earrings!!!

for my birthday got myself a pair of sapphire studs in martini settings. I always thought when the time came I''d get myself a pair of bezeled diamond earrings as I am a bezel kind of girl but I am love loving these earrings the way they feel and the way they look, so am leaning that way when I get around to getting myself a pair of diamond earrings!

And I have to agree with you on them being exceptionally well-matched. I don''t think I''ve ever seen two stones "closer". And the funny thing is, I didn''t *need* that much of a matchy-match... I just ain''t that picky!

But I''m awful jazzed about it now!!!

I haven't seem these little firecrackers in person yet, but I have absolutely no worries about the K color! I have been assured by my jeweler that they face up VERY WHITE, and that there is no yellow at all. The studs I have now (.44/.45's) are one "J" and one "K" and I can't tell the little stinkers apart! They both are fantastically white.

But, once I have these new ones in my hot little hands, I will certainly give you guys a full report. Have no fear!

But I expect to be THRILLED!
