Van Cleef''s Vintage Alhambra mother-of pearl pendant. It''s a birthday present.

They were out of stock and I won''t get the pendant till later this week. Can anyone figure how to link to the webpage or to copy the picture?

VCA''s website is pretty tricky. I got this (on a Mac, apple-shift-4 is screen shot). It''s not great but....

Gorgeous pendant by the way. (I hope this is the one..)

Angeline,
Thanks and thanks!

Crown 1,
I''ll attempt to take a better picture when I get it. The website ones are magnified and do not capture the delicacy of the milgraining and the chain, nor the iridescence of the mother-of-pearl.

Which pave band did you try on?
Yes, I want to know too. I emailed him late last night about a size 4.5 single row pave band he had on his website. It was style 201 and shown in his ready to sale section. He emailed me this a.m. to say it was sold this morning, but could make me one in a week. I think he still has a size 6 on his website of this style, and there is also model 101, which has a appears to havemilligrain on each side.

Can you describe the one you tried on?
Sorry, that was me! I asked to see it when I picked up my ring, and once I got it on my finger I had to have it!!!
Kasey3,
Did you receive your band yet? I''d love to see some pictures of it.

Hi Cinnamon013

Yes I did, and it is beautiful!! I have attempted to take pics, but they are not good-I don''t know how everyone else takes such great pics. Anyway, I am crazy busy at work-and I won''t have much time to play around with the camera until next weekend-but I promise to post when I do have the time. It is very tiny band, very well made and really pretty. It looks great with the 3-stone, and I would love to buy a few more to stack-one diamond, and one pink diamond- but that won''t happen for a while!!!

Hi Harriet,
Is this r572?
That is the one I''ve been discussing with LM. I am a newbie and just posted last night on where to source the diamond. Forgive my ignorance - is a 3 stone a 3 carat or something else? I was thinking of a square cushion where the one in the photo is slightly different. Your thoughts on the difference?

Welcome,
I think it is. A 3 stone is a ring with 3 diamonds. Cushion vs. round? It''s a personal preference. Mine''s a round, but I''d love a cushion as well. Sorry, I''m not being of much help here.
