Matching Trilliant Side Stones? Recommendation For Locating?

As I've mentioned in my radiant center stone post (check it out, still appreciating feedback), I intend to create a three stone engagement ring setting that includes two side trilliants. I'm learning very quickly that trilliants seem hard to find online. Does anyone have a recommended vendor they would use?

I should have the center stone locked down very soon. My intention is to match the color and to stay close on clarity. Is there a general consensus on the ratio of size as compared to the center stone?

Here is the sample engagement ring setting I'm trying to recreate for reference.
