Mark loren?

I won an unusual ring for a very reasonable price ( not ebay). Couldn't resist because Im a suckered for unusual looking designs lol. Anyway after some research online I found out that its a design by a " Mark Lorens" ? Anyone heard of him? Or had / have an item from them? I was originally thinking of lowering the setting but now thinking I won't. Here's some photos, sorry not the best photos as lighting is terrible lol.
