did a couple of PS searches but didn't find anything - he's got some interesting stuff on his website!

return/refund/exchange policies are pretty basic - not as generous as many PS vendors, but seems pretty standard compared to other places.. from a quick search I don't see anything about upgrade/trade-in policies on the loose stones, something to investigate.

please tell us how it goes, he posts on RT with his head screwed on straight
