Maker's mark identification

I bought this sweet diamond ring before Christmas. I did my best to photograph the mark and while you can make out the diamond shape, there are what looks to be initials inside the diamond and I can't tell what they are.....they look stylized to me. I am putting up these photographs even in hopes that some of you may be able to "date" the age of the ring. I sure don't think it's new. Thanks for your help!!

I was thinking 50’s also!!! It is very comfortable and as usual, with all vintage jewelry, I couldn’t resist it. (We think way too much alike...for sure it IS a great stacking band.). I’d love to know the stories behind some of these old rings.
