Is it possible to input the exact #'s from a sarin report or do they have to match the gia certificates rounded #s?

The GIA is just for convenience as it is the most used lab.

You should be able to use any report as long as you have all the information.

Just wanted to make you aware that many listings I come across from Eternity by Yoni are for stones that were sold a while ago. They continue to pop up in the search results. I know it must be impossible to catch all stones sold and remove them from search results, but some of these stones were sold months ago and I keep clicking them
