what would be the budget for buying princess cut diamond that has the following specs:

Clarity: VS1-VS2
Carat: .90 - 1.0
Color: H
Cut: Good

I'd say start with a budget first, then buy the princess with the best cut quality you can. An ideal cut princess will look bigger than a "good" cut of the same size because the light performance would be better.

Any reason you are limiting yourself to VS / H?
