Looking for OMC or OEC, suggestions?

Hi, I have an idea for a project and would like to find an inexpensive OMC or OEC, less than a carat, probably somewhere around 1/2 carat, lower color, and would be happy with an actual antique if that brings the price down. Any suggestions on where to look? Anything besides ebay? Thanks!
