If you want suggestions to specific stones it would help to have more info on what you are looking for: budget, color (light pink, hot pink, purplish etc), heat or no heat etc.
The good news is ovals are much more common than emerald cuts, which will make your search easier.
There is a huge variation in the color 'pink' as you can see in this sample image of pink sapphires. I personally prefer the hot pinks but once in a while I find myself appreciating the pastel pinks.

In case the OP is opened to custom cutting route, I would recommend asking if Jeff White has any suitable roughs as he has a vast inventory of roughs and has picked up even more from his recent trip to Tucson earlier this year.
My usual way to approach custom cutting is to browse his galleries of sold gemstones and find the type, colour and cutting I have in mind, and ask him if he has anything that is within my budget.
Majority of his Sapphire roughs are unheated as far as I am aware, however, I could be wrong.
As shown in @toomuchB 's post, there are many colours of "pink"; therefore, it is advisable to have some idea of colour preferences before approaching a lapidary artists.
