Looking for information on the (style) ring

Hello,
Does anyone know anything about this ring- It's my understanding that it's a Tiffany ring from the 20s but that is all I can find. Does anyone know if there is a ring like this in production anywhere and if it comes in diamonds?

James breski makes ruby and sapphire ones. They are also sold at Pearlmans. I've never seen one in diamond.
