It was a four carat OMC/OMB that the OP found in an antique-shop. Help?

I was looking at the awesome cushions Charmypoo used as examples in her HW thread, and I got to wondering if the owner had ever reset. I think it was back around ... Fall 2011? Anybody remember this, or am I just nuts?

ETA: Yep, that's the setting I remembered! I have a CS I want to set, and her temp setting stuck out in my head as a beaut. I wonder where I can find it - the thread just says temp, with no details. Rats!
