Looking for a post about appraisal

I''m getting my ring appraised by AGA in Philly tomorrow morning since they are down the street from my apartment. I found a post (I think by d atlas but I am not sure) about questions to ask during appraisal. For example, are the prongs set right? It was a good length list and I wanted to look at it again before tomorrow. I can''t remember how I found the post or where it was listed. If anyone can help, you will have my eternal gratitude. The appraisal costs $175 so I wanted to make sure it was money well spent.
