Looking for a big emerald

I'm looking for a rather big emerald, emerald or square cut, e.g. 10x10mm, probably 5-6ct. I've been looking at emeralds for the last couple of weeks and frankly, I have not seen in my life a more confusing and difficult market. On the photos it is impossible to tell a difference between a 5K and 15K stone.
The best selection is at gemsny, but after reading a thread on gemsny here I don't feel comfortable dealing with them. However, I have not seen any site with a selection of even 10% of what they have. What am I missing?

Also, how wearable would be such a stone in a ring? Is there a high risk of damage?
Thanks.

Maybe look at Lee Wasson's site for examples of fine emeralds -- they should have a little bit of a deeper green colour, sometimes with blue tinges. They should be untreated (no oil, no polymer fillings) and have very few inclusions (look very clear). And they should glow (very vivid colour). People get excited about a particular mine in columbia, so providence may also play into the price.

With all that said, many people don't like trade ideal emeralds. I personaly think the lighter green coloured emeralds are stunning. Furthermore emeralds do exhibit wear and tear, and it would be stressful to have something worth so much on my hand getting knocked about.

Because of this I actually like these two better

and

(seccond one is higher quality and it is reflected in the price).
