(I almost let this one go and have come to my senses....so I am officially sharing this AVR in its new solitaire setting.)

I had my 2.10 O VVS1 AVR set in a 20k Yellow Gold CVB_ID Abby. It is the perfect sunny color and this stone picks up the most amazing flashes of color from the environment. I believe the buttery yellow makes it flash more colors than any other stone I have had.

I decided on a 8 prong because it matches up to the crown facets perfectly. I love a good 8 prong. I love how it looks in 20K. I reset my two stones from my Toi et moi in yellow and Platinum Abbys. I loved the two stones in the same ring it just didn't turn out as I envisioned after the second attempt. So here we are.

AVRs are so special. This stone is not the biggest I have had but I think it's the most active. Now for the best part.......

I love a simple, clean & classic solitaire, so to pair that with a stone this beautiful is perfection.

So dreamy!!! Love how the stone is on full display! One thing I adore about a soli is the ability to play with and change up bands. I am curious though about what made you change from the moi/toi? I loved that one too! You have amazing taste so all of your choices are enviable!
 
Such a gorgeous diamond. I love it’s personality and how it so easily reflects the colors surrounding it.

It ended up being to much to wear comfortably for daily wear. I ended up feeling more aware of the ring and worrying about it. So I made the decision to go back to simple. It was getting a lot of attention.

I am already working on a matching band.

i don't lust after many modern cut diamonds but this is an exception, its truly marvelous!
 
Gorgeous! Plus you could still stack your two new solitaires together for a moi et toi feeling on extra blingy days, they might feel a little less BAM because they no longer have the bezel.

This is a very good point. I did try that and it actually looks very nice.
