Packrat - yes! It is a hand tattoo, with flowers on a vine.
I did this a while back after my mother died, she passed onto
me her love of flowers and wanted something that would remind me of
her everyday It was a painful process, I don''t recommend to undergo
this procedure to anyone, its so painful as there is not much padding on the
hands...

I think it is illegal to tattoo certain parts of your body.
Hands used to be included and faces still are.

I think it is for Federal ID purposes; there used to even be a passport question about tattoos and other marks and scars on your face or body.
They may have changed some of those laws since tattoos are so common now but that is the way it was in the "olden" days.... not the Golden days.

Anyway, that was why Mike Tyson had to get the tattoo on his face done out of the country.
He got in Africa but I don''t remember what country.

Love the lotus flower! Is the girl you or someone else? You have such lovely colors, which is funny because they sort of match your shirt in this photo! VERY cool! (and I am NOT a tattoo person, lol)

and no the girl isn''t me. I asked for a nerdy bookworm girl and he decided to make it resemble me but with out me knowing. I didn''t know about the hair color until it was done (I had my eyes scrunched closed at that time). I don''t mind tho, I love it it is so colorful.
