Another vote for anything Billy Mays sells. Also cannot stand the Jack Links Messin'' with Sasquatch commercials--the channel gets changed if possible whenever those come on.

Anyone see that relatively new commercial that's like a 5 minute long cartoon about women being idiots? It starts where the one breaks her mirror, then calls all her friend together, then they have this stupid parody of women being shallow morons and talking about guys. Ugh. I don't even know what it's for because I always change the channel before it's over. The commercial is not only insulting to women, it's just plain annoying!

Anyone seen this?

Apparently it's a commercial for Lays, Flat Earth, and other Pepsi Co snack products. Really Pepsi; this was the best you could do?

My vote is for the McDonalds commercial for fish sandwich, with the fish singing. The jingle is so freaking annoying.
Also not a fan of mucinex''s add with talking mucus. Blech. I guess it works, but grossness.

What about the one with the toenail fungus-- that lifts the yellow toenail up (*cringe*)

I just recently laughed at one of those!!!! I always complained about them, until the guy was like.. i took a girl here once on a date, and was like you''re a cheap date, and when she said, What? I thought she was hard of hearing, so I yelled, YOU"RE A CHEAP DATE!!!!

I started laughing really hard. My DH was like, what?(he knows I hate them too!) and I was like, I KNOW I KNOW, I SHOULDNT BE LAUGHING, but I cannot help it!

I would say just about all of the carls jr commercials tick me off. Since when does a girl (paris hilton) grinding on a car =cheeseburgers? or for that matter what about the guacamole commercial they have (guy sticks a whole avocado in a blender?!) umm, sorry but I know my hubs isnt that stupid, doubt anyone elses is...

And those Taco Bell or Taco Bueno commercials with the really cheesy burritos. People bite into them and the cheese just strings on forever. Sick out.

yeah.. it is GROSS... plus cheese doesn''t photograph well anyway... BLEH.

I think their target audience though would get one regardless of what tv ads they played. TB was the late night food of choice for poor college kids.

I absolutely can''t stand Billy Mays and the Sham Wow guy... they''re muted immediately. I find myself mocking them if I don''t.

The Subway $5 Footlong commercials are REEEEEEEALLY starting to get on my nerves. And the stupid song gets in my head and I can''t get it out.

Anyone remember the Dental Nightguard commercial out a while back that showed a set of fake teeth then an anvil dropped on top of them and it showed them grinding, PLUS it make the sound like rocks grinding together... ugggggghhhhhh gives me goosebumps right now just thinking about it... it was like nails on a chalkboard!!

The other current annoyance is the one for some supplement that comes up with some girl sitting there saying "I was so unhappy with my body. I hated my stomach, I hated my thighs, and I ESPECIALLY hated my butt... I tried everything, but nothing seemed to work, until I found (insert whatever the heck they''re selling). Now I look and feel great! I love my body!" Yeah... first off - she annoys me as an actress... and second - way to make our young generation feel good about themselves! Show a stick thin girl talking about how much she hates her body!!!

Oh! The freecreditreport.com commercials? With the guy and his pals singing the jingles? Hehe I shamelessly know all the words to the pirate one in the seafood restaurant, but used to hate the commercial till he heard me singing along with it, haha. Me and my musical memory.

But some of their other ones get on my nerves, like the one where they're all crammed in the little compact car and the girls drive up beside them in the convertible, haha...

"Free credit report dot com... tell your friends, tell your dad, tell your mom... we've been singing this song since we first showed up with our pirate hats on..."

Feminine products. Don''t we all know how to shop for these? And for that matter, why do all the constipation commercials seem to feature a woman? Men never have trouble ''dropping the kids at the pool''?

And this is not a specific commercial, but an ''artsy trend'' - - the computerized image of a person, or faked background, or shading everything green, etc.

My biggest gripe is with the cable networks which feature the same exact commercials at every break. My annoyance has forced me to change channels even if I like what I''m watching.

I''ve always kinda liked "Smilin'' Bob''! At least it''s funny creepy, instead of smarmy romantic like Cialis. Although the gals in the Santa commercial seem a tad too horney!

I don't mind the Viagra commercial: the song makes me giggle....

BUT I hate the Cialis one, with the guy throwing the football through the tire swing...geesh, can they not work on subtle???

The other one I've just started seeing, is the one for salt water nasal rinse EWWWW

Strawberries, uh, FI looooves those commercials and always makes me turn it up when the music starts. He even wants the song (not the actual song, just the cut in the commercial) as his ring tone

Though I actually find them less annoying now because it's so funny how into them he gets.



For all of you haters of Billy Mays, try living in Pittsburgh where I grew up. His accent is the local accent there. It makes me want to hurt myself.
