OK, so there are diamonds on ebay that are "laser enhanced"

Is that like clarity enhancement? What will that do to value and quality...?

it is probably laser drilled to an inclusion and acids used to etch out a large black inclusion - not as bad as fracture filled which often also laser holes but after the etching they fill the void with glass.
