I'd rule out #2. I'd have a hard time spending $2,500 more for a 0.2mm size difference, though that should be discernable as larger to your eye. I would also feel more comfortable with the GIA color grade of H vs AGS H. If upgrade or buy back is important to you, whiteflash has good policies that make #3 more tempting. The cut on #1 is really great, and of course the whiteflash cut is great as well.

I'd excluded #2 as well. The symmetry looks off though maybe the stone is at a slight angle.

#1 is really nice and at a good price. It sounds like you might be overseas so I'm not sure how valuable WF's trade-up policy might be for you. It's a nice diamond but I'd probably lean towards #1 because of the price.

Now I'm having hard time with the H color...worrying if it will be a GIA H as well. WF send me comparison pic of the H with an G & I. This is not a high-H, and their comment is "we are confident in the H color grade and believe that this would be a GIA H as well, it is not a low H". What do you think?

There's no way to tell from the picture. I would trust what Whiteflash says since I have H color ACA diamond stud earrings. There is a huge advantage in going with a stone that can be traded in later, if there is any chance you'd ever change your mind about size or color. You will definitely see a size difference in a 7.3x and 7.6. I'd go for the WF stone if it is in budget. If size is not important to you, then #1 is a nice choice.
