Ok, the insanity is over. I''m not gonna claim to be out of photos, but I''ve more than surpassed posting any reasonable number of them! I hope you guys enjoy them. I always love seeing everyone else''s photos, even if I don''t always post about them (I''m so bad about that). Many thanks again to our photographer, Dionne Haglund of Rochester Hills, MI.
Oh! I just happened to notice the new pictures on the side bar thinger, and they''re yours! I''m so excited to see all the pictures, and everything just looks wonderful! My favorite shot is the one you called "romantic"!
Your pictures were so beautiful and full of happiness that i''m sitting here crying in my living room. I hope my pictures capture even half of the joy that yours do.
OMG! I don''t know where to start... you looked AMAZING. God, I loved your hair, your makeup, jewelry... your VEIL! And you were just glowing. All the details are just wonderful too... but the two of you, your happiness, the emotion in the pics... it''s all about you two, and you guys just look amazing. I LOVE your pics. You must be thrilled, as they are amazing. Congratulations honey, rain and all... it just looks like a fabulous day!
Guess I''m giving this a little bump..
Ladyciel your wedding was soooo gorgeous! I loved your blue shoes!
I also loved your hubbys ring. I''m looking around for band ideas for my FI and he wants plain and simple but I want him to at least *think* about other styles.
Would you mind giving me any details on it?
Aww, thank you so much, ladies! Gypsy, I somehow missed your post, but reading it now I''m just so flattered. I haven''t been posting much lately, just lurking, but I was so sorry to read about the break-in you had.
Wishful, DH''s band is from Tungsten Direct, specifically their 6mm beveled edge. We absolutely LOVE it. The one downside to tungsten is that you cannot resize it - most companies have a low trade-in fee if you ever need a new size. However, it''s so ridiculously affordable that should DH ever need a different size I expect he''ll just order a new one and keep the original for sentimental value. When we first went looking at rings, absolutely none of the gold or platinum rings really struck DH''s fancy. The minute he tried on tungsten, his heart sung. He just loves the dark, masculine look, and because of the color/shine even just a simple style like the beveled edges looks sharp. I have a classic domed tungsten band of my own that I got to wear for the honeymoon (to leave the diamonds safe at home), and I like it so much I wear it as a RHR. It''s basically impossible to scratch tungsten, so both rings look brand spanking new. Oh, and I got DH''s ring laser engraved on the inside by TD, and it looks great.
Guilty Pleasure, the BM dresses are all WToo. Me and the girls loved them. I was able to choose a color and fabric (midnight blue chiffon), and there were quite a few tea-length styles that the girls could choose from. They each picked their own style (it just happened to work out that they got 4 different ones), and the only one who ended up needing alterations was my MOH (in the strapless).
