our first date was a middle of the road steakhouse that is no longer in business..it would be along the lines of a Texas Roadhouse or Longhorn by today's standards

nope. I met her at her place with dinner/flowers because she wasn't feeling well. We had been talking/skyping for weeks though, so we felt comfortable to have such a casual first date.
