Can an earth diamond test as moisanite ?

Yes, They are not 100% accurate and the stones need to be cleaned and dust free which is rarely done first making them even less accurate..

Can an earth diamond test as moisanite ?

A natural diamond should not be able to test as Moisanite. But operator and device error means a loupe and an eye is the safest test.
