I bought my shank from them but had my crown work done elsewhere. You can look down just a few post and see mine. However, my shank cost 250 bucks but the originally when looking at the shank and crown it was 400, and I will tell you, they did not treat me very kindly. I asked for the height of the diamond off the hand. They told me they don't know, I asked them to find out and they told me that I could look at the picture on the website, they said the diamond in the picture is about 4mm deep and just calculate from there, but that they wouldn't do anything else to help me find out the actual height off the hand.
I asked them the width of the band, they said..."something like 2-2.5 mm we aren't sure." they refused to find out for me.
Then I asked them if I could get it insured and set by them, they said they would set it uninsured for 75bucks and insured for 150 dollars.
Then I asked them if they could raise the prongs up about 1mm higher than it was seeing in the picture (if I had them set it), so that the bottom of the diamond would be approx. flush with the top of the taper of my ring. They told me "that sounds like a custom job to me. You are expecting WAY TOO much out of a 200 dollar ring, no we won't do that." (note that the original ring in WG is 200, but in Palladium and with them setting it insured it was going to cost me $550, which the salesman I spoke with had to know full well as it was the same guy I had worked with all along.) So, while I am pleased with the shank overall and it seems of nice quality and they were able to get it to me in time, the service was very lacking in the lower price range merchandise, to say the least. So I feel that it is merited to comment on that and hopefully they will fix it, but to also warn you if your ring is not going to be exceptionally priced that you can not expect too much in the way of service, as I was VERY displeased in that particular area.
