If anyone has experiences (both good and bad, if any) with Knox Jewelers, please share them. I did a search through the threads but I mainly got posts from Mr. Brian Knox himself. (Brian, it''d be nice to hear from you, too!

I had a custom RHR desgined by knox jewelers and I could not be happier with my ring and with the service from knox. Brian was incredibly friendly, patient, and detail oriented. He really made me feel like he wanted to get every detail right. Their prices were very fair as well. The only downside I can think of is that it took a little longer than other jewelers to complete the ring, but it was well worth it.

Thanks for the info/post about Knox. Your ring is absolutely gorgeous! I can see why you''re happy with it.

Great to know that the service was good, too. And I loved seeing the CAD images/waxes. I like the idea of having that intermediate step to take a virtual "sneak peek" of the setting. I know that not all jewelers do that.

I have emailed back and forth with Brian a few times now and he responds very quickly. He is very helpful and never seems bothered. I have heard nothing but good things about their company. I will definitely work with them in the future! Hope that helps. Mokey
