Excellent! I love seeing your creations.![]()
This is such a well done ring! Beautiful Craftsmanship And Beautiful Stone! I love it.
Thank you! Of course, the band needed something, so I hoped it would work okay. It always an experiment!Well done @stracci2000 (as usual!) The whole thing is beautiful, but I especially like the additional bead detail on the band-it adds a special touch!
Haha! I do love a large turquoise ring! Go big or go home, right?M'lady, doesn't your hand get tired when you put this on? It's humongous!![]()
I just bought my first turquoise today (some beads), so looked through the whole Show Me Your Turquoise thread over the last few days (link here for those who haven't seen it). You have such an incredible collection and this new ring is amazing too! How fun to see your design process as well.
Thank you for the nice compliment!
I'd love to see your beads.
I like to show the process because some people might be curious. I'm by no means a professional, just a hobbyist.
@newtojewels
Oh this will be beautiful! The yellow gold beads are so pretty with turquoise.
Please show us when you get it done!
Hey Stracci
Hey Stracci.. do you take orders for custom jewelry? Your creations are so beautiful.
I'll post them when they arrive! I have some Sleeping Beauty and some Fox on the way, both small in diameter. I'll do the Sleeping Beauty with gold a la Mary Henry and the Fox with silver.
I'm knotting them myself and am relatively new to that, but unlike bezel setting and soldering it seems like there isn't a way to ruin anything if I make a mistake! Your jewelry-making methods are much more intimidating, but they really make beautiful results with your wonderful eye for proportion.

Hi world traveler!
I'm sorry but I don't do custom work anymore.
These days, I only make jewelry for myself.
But thank you for the nice compliment!
