Key pendants

Is there a thread for diamond key pendants? I love the Tiffany ones but do not want to spend the money on them. I just bought this one but wanted to make sure that there is not another one that I like more.

this thread of Bliss' shows one she got from IDJ (scroll down a bit on first page). It's been a few years now, so I'm not sure if they still sell the same style.
