Kessler diamonds?

Has anyone had any experience with Kessler diamonds/jewelers? I heard commercials on the radio about them all the time. I know theres a few locations in WI and some in MI so I'm guessing it's a midwest state jeweler? If you have any experience or jewelry from them, please let me know! Thanks!
