Not Karl, but I don't think they look anything like the Octavia cut. The table is larger and the faceting looks less busy.

I do see more kozibe effect in the Octavia, on the right.
And you're right the table does look smaller on the Octavia.
Interesting to see the various flavors of Asscher, though.

I'm not good at reading the quantity of steps but it looks like the Octavia has an extra step or maybe even steps?

I do know the Octavia has 3 crown and 3 pavilion steps, same as most generic asschers.
