just curious if there is a patent on the name and the cut? I just saw a lab diamond with that name but not the cut.

We have a tm on the name by usage in the US but its pretty much impossible to protect it against foreign companies.
Defending it would start at about 5 thousand dollars in lawyer fees with little hope of success against a foreign company.
That is $4950 more than I have so there is little I can do about it and it would probably be a waste of money if I did.
