K Color Marquise Faint Brown, My $1000 PS Giveaway Ring

Since I love colored stones, I felt it would only be appropriate for me to get a warm diamond. After extensive reading and watching numerous videos on James Allen, I settled on a 0.7 ct K color marquise with faint brown. It is close to a 2 ratio for length/width and I had it set in a 6 prong solitaire rose gold knife edge ring in hopes it would bring out more of the color. I am kinda kicking myself for not going with a bezel or halo but I do like how minimalist this looks. I did ask James Allen if I could have the prongs change into rose gold but they informed me that this ring style didn't accommodate that so I ended up with a rose gold ring with white prongs. I did end up paying $30 extra for the ring but I am beyond happy with the service from James Allen and I cannot thank PriceScope enough for their kind gift. Thank you Niel! I love it! I had a hard time finding other faint brown stones in rose gold to compare with but I couldn't be happier. I do wish it was more saturated in color but I love how it's like a light champagne. Thank you for all your posts about marquise. It made my choice so much easier!

I saw the designs you posted! It is going to be a beautiful ring! I would have liked to go the custom route but I just bought a ring for Christmas so I figured having a nice solitaire would be good. I don't know if I'll re-set this but I the minimalist look is growing on me. Keep us updated with your ring design. I can't wait to see it!

Thank you! I was worried with how it would turn out but I am quite happy. I couldn't find a lot of examples of warmer stones with rose gold since most people choose white settings and especially since there aren't too many examples of rose gold with marquise stones.
